You do not have to know the exact number of camera streams there are in a multiplexed file. Simply view the multiplexed file in the Video Player first and attempt to estimate the number of cameras. Then, select a number higher then your best estimate in the DeMux dialog. Even if you do not select a number high enough, you can delete the Demux split files from the Video File List and try Demux again with a higher number.
