
Check for Updates doesn't work?
Our website moved (by necessity) to a different ISP host and servers in early July 2009. Because earlier versions of software were looking for servers that are now no longer available, you cannot use the "Check for Updates" link inside versions of the software purchased prior to July 2009--you must, this one time, manually update the software.
To do that, use the download link supplied to you with the original purchase.
Or you can log into our website with your email (request a "lost password" if this is your first time logging in) and click the link next to your software's serial number to download the latest version.
This ability to now manage your own serial numbers is new with the overhauled website in early July 2009.
